7-day returns

If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original sealed packaging, with all accessories.

Faulty items

If your product is faulty, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. After that, the manufacturer warranty applies.

How to return

1. Email support@estore24.com with your order number and the reason. 2. We'll arrange pickup or tell you where to drop it off. 3. Once we've inspected the item, we refund to your bank account within 5 working days.

Not returnable

Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty), and items damaged after delivery.
